George Amlott
George began his career in the Financial Services business in September of 1990. He is a graduate of Ishpeming High School in the Central Upper Peninsula where he also attended Northern Michigan University and then continued his education at Ferris State University majoring in Business and Finance. George’s specialty is developing investment strategies to help his clients meet their individual financial goals. He prides himself on a no-nonsense, down to earth approach to investing.

George’s investment philosophy is to personally customize each client’s portfolio based on their age, income requirements, and their risk tolerance. He believes each individual client has different needs and tries to build their investment portfolio around those needs. George has a broad area of specialties, which include the following: tax deferred investments, traditional IRA’s, Roth IRA’s, SEP IRA’s, and 401K or qualified plan rollovers.
George lives in the Cadillac area, and has three children, Hannah, Hailey, and Levon. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and spending time in the outdoors including trips to their cabin in the beautiful Western Upper Peninsula.
